MEET THE FOUNDER & CTO

Hey, I'm Chris Étienne!

Over nearly two decades, I’ve led global customer support and technology operations at a capital markets fintech company that grew from $10M to $100M in revenue — while transitioning from a desktop software model to a modern SaaS platform. As Senior Vice President of Global Support Operations, I was responsible for designing and leading the systems that supported that growth — from Salesforce architecture and AI integration to post-merger support team unification and incident management strategy.

My strength lies in identifying where people, processes, and technology are misaligned — and then creating the operational structure to bring them into alignment. I’ve built global teams, unified fragmented tools, and implemented scalable workflows across sales, support, and customer operations. I understand the stakes when clients are demanding answers and internal teams are struggling to respond — and I know how to build integrated solutions that make those moments rare and manageable.

I founded Qnèctra to bring this same level of depth and leadership to growing fintech companies navigating complex transitions — from SaaS evolution to Salesforce optimization to post-sale chaos.
